SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a steam-permeable insert for a clothing and shoes item, to a clothing and shoes item equipped with such an insert. Steam-permeable insert (10, 110, 210) for clothing (300, 400) and shoes (500) item contains at least one first layer (11, 111, 211) equipped with at least one non-through hole (13, 113, 213) and at least one second layer (12), which has at least one deformable part (15, 115, 215). Deformable part (15, 115, 215) contains material sensitive to changes in humidity and/or temperature, and it is located near at least one non-through hole of the first layer, and it is deformed in case of increase in temperature and/or humidity with return to an initial shape, when initial climatic conditions are restored.

EFFECT: creation of a steam-permeable insert for a clothing and shoes item, a clothing and shoes item with such an insert, which can change their thermal insulation capacity, when a temperature is changed, which can change their permeability for sweat in a steam phase, when humidity is changed.
