FIELD: parts processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of precision machine tool building and can be used in the processing of parts with nanoscale precision. The turntable contains a turntable with an outer working surface mounted on the base by means of gas-static bearings formed by the corresponding surfaces of the gas-static thrust bearing, located on the base and rigidly connected to the spike located under the turntable, and the gas-static bushing, installed with its flat bearing surface on the flat bearing surface mentioned thrust bearing and coupled with a spike. At the same time, said bushing is located in contact with the inner surface of the rotary plate with the possibility of limited adjustment movement jointly with it. The table is equipped with devices for adjusting the relative position of the rotary plate and said bushing with the possibility of their mutual fixation after adjustment, while the cavities of gas-static bearings are made in the form of separate recesses with throttles installed in them and are combined into at least two separate groups with independent supply of compressed gas through individual control elements in each group of cavities.
EFFECT: use of the invention improves the accuracy of processing.
