FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method for creation of porous deboosters (porous inserts (5, 6) in gasostatic bearings includes controlled mechanical treatment of surfaces of the deboosters (5, 6) by means of mechanical removal of surface part. At that treatment is performed by two stages with individual check of permeability of each treated deboosters (5, 6) by pressure and flowrate measurements of air passing through it. At first treatment stage the joint finishing face surface of casing and deboosters (5, 6) previously installed in it with certainly higher permeability prior to the treatment and with allowance for machining is made, and only geometrical accuracy of the surface is checked. At the second stage the layers of porous material are cut off separately for each deboosters (5, 6) from its rear surface until required permeability if the debooster (5, 6) is ensured as determined by flow rate and pressure. For this air is supplied to each debooster (5, 6) using the device (13) with tight securing to the face surface, and pressure and flowrate of the passing air are measured.
EFFECT: assurance of more effective in terms of labour input and used time method of porous deboosters manufacturing with specified permeability in the gasostatic bearings.
