FIELD: firefighting.

SUBSTANCE: claimed is a group of inventions including a fire protection partition element, door leaf, or divider wall and a fire protection door. Fire protection partition element comprises on one side a metal protective shell forming an internal filling space and having two opposite sides. Each of said sides has an outer surface called an exposed surface, and on the other side, a fire-resistant filling structure contained in said internal filling space. The protective shell has an inner surface surrounding said internal filling space. The filling structure comprises a functional product configured to produce or release one or more fire-extinguishing substances when exposed to elevated temperature reaching or exceeding a temperature threshold. The structure also comprises one flexible insulation block forming a heat insulator and provided with an outer surface oriented in the direction of the inner surface of the protective shell. The functional product is applied by being distributed in one or more overlaid layers, depending on the given thickness defined as a function of the required fire resistance, on the inner surface of the protective shell and/or the outer surface of the flexible insulation block or at least one of the flexible insulation blocks in contact with said inner surface. The functional product covers at least part of said inner and outer surfaces, preferably one parallel to said exposed surfaces. The protective shell is manufactured by assembling together two half-shells, in particular, a first half-shell and a second half-shell, preferably, by inserting one into the other. Each of the half-shells is U-shaped in cross section.

EFFECT: higher degree of fire resistance of the partition element.
