FIELD: protective doors construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in the construction of protective doors of shelters and other defense structures that protect against fires, exposure to poisonous gases, air pressure explosions and seismic shocks. To increase the reliability of the door, it contains a frame with stops for the quills of the battening mechanism, a heat-insulated door leaf located on hinges in the frame opening, rubber heat-resistant seals closed around the perimeter of the door leaf, a mechanism for moving them connected to the quills, driven by the inner and outer handwheels, is fixed on the door leaf located respectively on the shaft and shaft-screw on both sides of the door leaf. Forcing bolts are installed on the outer sheet of the door leaf, the outer surfaces of the door frame and the door leaf are covered with layers of fire-retardant thermally expanding material. On the outer sheet of the door leaf, a protective casing convex to the outside with hinges connected to the hinges of the door leaf is detachably fixed. The casing has the shape of a truncated pyramid with a flat part facing the front side, remote from the door leaf, on which the lock of the mechanism for moving the quills is fixed, the end of the screw shaft of the outer steering wheel is installed in the lock, each hinge has a half-loop of the door leaf and a half-loop of the frame. Casing hinges are installed on the door leaf half-hinges with the possibility of their rotation relative to the door leaf half-loops in the position when the casing is disconnected from the outer leaf of the door leaf, and the thickness of the outer leaf of the door leaf is greater than the thickness of the inner leaf of the door leaf. The hinges of the casing are made with axes located in the additional bushings of the half-hinges of the door leaf, in the half-loops of each hinge there is a rotary axis, which is located in the bushing of the half-hinges of the door leaf. The end of the shaft of the outer handwheel installed in the latch is made with an extension part, which is located between the screw shaft of the outer handwheel and the shaft of the inner handwheel.
