FIELD: vibration technology.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to the field of mechanical vibration technology and, in particular, to a vibrating sieve for sifting and feeding material, made with a single shaft and with the possibility of changing the trajectory of movement. The inertial sieve with one shaft and with the possibility of changing the trajectory of movement contains a vibrating box of two sides connected by two rows of tie beams made of pipes, two tiers of obliquely arranged sifting surfaces, spring supports, a vibrator consisting of a shaft with an eccentric middle part, two bearing assemblies connecting the vibrator with the box and balance weight, an engine. The vibrator is equipped with additional balance weights. The main and additional balance weights are fixed at the ends of the shaft. Spring supports are arranged in pairs at the same height each pair, but one pair is higher than the other. Each spring support consists of a bracket, springs and a footing, and the springs themselves are fixed in guide cups in the bracket and in the footings. Each spring support is mounted on the spindle of the vibration box and fixed to it through a bracket. The drive of the vibration shaft from the motor is made through a lobe coupling. Tie beams through elastic rubber bushings are movably connected to the sides made of sheets of low-alloy structural steel. The middle part of the vibrator is formed by a metal pipe with flanges at the ends and forms a crankcase for liquid lubrication.

EFFECT: reduction of stresses in the sides in the places where the support beams are integrated with the box, as well as simplification of the design and a reduction in the weight of the sieve, and these results are achieved by providing several trajectories of movement with one shaft.
