FIELD: technique for sifting bulk material.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention is for sifting explosive powdered materials used for the manufacture of solid fuel products, in order to prevent foreign objects from entering the mixing plant. The vibrating sieve contains an upper box with a loading pipe and a lower box with a discharge pipe and a grid fastened together, a sieve sandwiched between the flanges of the boxes, and a vibration-stimulating device. The vibration-stimulating device is made in form of a pneumatic vibrator mounted on the flange of the lower box, which consists of a housing and a rotor rotating in it. The latter is made in form of a monolithic unbalanced turbine with blades rotating in a horizontal plane. The vibrating sieve is suspended from the supporting structures using flexible hangers attached to the flange of the upper box.
EFFECT: simplification of the design of the vibration-stimulating device, as well as increase of reliability of the vibrating sieve design and the safety of the process of sifting explosive powdered materials.
