FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for continuous production of mineral foam of a low density, to a base covered with mineral foam, and its use as heat- and sound-insulation, as well as to a device for continuous production of mineral foam. The method for continuous production of mineral foam of a low density includes following stages: (i) preparation of a cement solution containing: cement; ultrathin particles, in which a value D50 is from 10 to 600 nm; a water-absorbing additive; manganese chloride – MnCl2, and water; (ii) addition to the cement solution of gas-forming liquid containing: a gas-forming agent – hydrogen peroxide and a viscosity modifier – amphiphilic biopolymer obtained from cellulose for the production of a foaming thick suspension; (iii) application of the resulting suspension to the base; (iv) leave of the foaming thick suspension for expansion on the base.

EFFECT: development of a method for continuous production of mineral foam from a foaming thick suspension with high yield strength, capable of adhesion to a base regardless its lope without draining, while mineral foam is characterized by a dry state density from 50 to 180 kg/m3, low heat conductivity, and high strength.
