SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the confectionery industry. The method for making a cake involves the selection and mixing of ingredients. For the preparation of liquid dough, dry mashed potatoes are used in the form of flakes, and/or grains, and/or granules, and/or granules, a chicken egg, and/or duck, and/or goose, and/or turkey, and/or pheasant, and/or guinea fowl, and/or quail, and/or ostrich, and/or pigeon, and/or swan, and/or emu, butter, white beet sugar and/or brown cane, cream 20% fat, lemon essence, cognac and/or whiskey and/or rum, if necessary, a spicy-aromatic additive, cocoa powder and natural honey. First, it is mixed, beating butter with sugar until foam is obtained, then one or two eggs are added at a time, continuing to beat everything. After that, dry mashed potatoes are mixed in, then cream of 20% fat content, lemon essence are added, if necessary, an aromatic spicy additive and/or cocoa powder, and/or natural honey are added. At the end, cognac and/or whiskey and/or rum are added and everything is thoroughly mixed by whisking. The resulting liquid dough is evenly and gradually poured onto a skewer, slowly rotating at a speed of 5-15 rpm, with subsequent acceleration of rotation up to 60 rpm, thickened and covered with paper or cloth, located next to an open fire. The ingredients are added in a certain ratio.
