FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering. The span of the sprinkler truss contains a truss with subdivided panels (1) placed at one end on a self-propelled trolley (2). The truss with subdivided panels (1) is a prefabricated prestressed structure, the upper belt of which is formed by a water supply pipeline (3) consisting of thin-walled galvanized steel pipes (4) connected by means of flanges. Sections of diagonal rods (6) are mounted on the water supply pipeline (3), each of which is formed by four diagonal rods (6) and a crossbar connecting their ends (7). The sections of the diagonal rods (6) are connected to each other by means of subdivided panels (8) forming two lower belts of the truss (1). To connect to adjacent spans at the ends of the truss (1), hinge assemblies (9 and 10) are installed, equipped with fasteners for the extreme subdivided panels (8). The last section of the diagonal rods (6) of the truss with the help of stiffeners (11), is connected to the racks of a self-propelled trolley (2), which has an electric drive and is supported by pneumatic wheels (12). The truss with subdivided panels (1) is additionally equipped with two longitudinal cables (13) passing inside the truss (1) on both sides of it, while the ends of each cable (13) are fixed at the connection points of the extreme subdivided panels (8) with the water supply pipeline (3). Each of the cables (13) using blocks (14) is connected to sections of diagonal rods (6) located in the center of the truss (1), and the blocks (14) are fixed at the connection points of the subdivided panels (8) with the diagonal rods (6) of these sections.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability and durability of the sprinkler’s span design is ensured by reducing the amplitude of the vibrations of the truss with subdivided panels arising under the influence of wind loads.
