FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Sprinkling machine comprises serially connected by means of hinges of the cardan type section of the machine consisting of trussed girder (3) arranged on self-propelled cart (4). Girder (3) comprises braces (5), crossbars, springs (7) and pipeline with sprinklers (27), made of end pipes and containing four pairs of fixtures (16) of braces (5) of pipes (13), connected together with by means of flanges (14), between which plastic gaskets are installed. Ends of extreme springs (7) facing the span ends are connected to the end branch pipes, having posts with eye lugs, to which the pivot ring of the cardan type is movably fixed. Tightness of joints of pipelines of adjacent spans is provided with a rubber coupling. Pipe of girder (3) is made of pipes (13 and 12) ∅159×3 mm and elongated by additional shortened pipe (12), for which number of sections of braces (5) in trussed girder (3) is increased to ten. Shortened pipe (12) is provided on one side with fixtures (16) for braces (5), and on the other side lugs for connection with support posts (18) of self-propelled cart (4). To connect ends of braces (5) of last section of girder (3), containing shortened pipe (12), with end pipe (11) by means of spit (7), shortened pipe (12) is made with length equal to ɭsp=(ɭp-bg)/2, where ɭsp – length of shortened pipe (12), mm; ɭp – pipe length (13), mm; bg is gasket thickness, mm. Distance from center of fastenings (16) of braces (5) to edge of shortened pipe (12) is sf=(s-bg)/2, where sf – distance from center of fastenings (16) of braces (5) to edge of shortened pipe (12), mm; s is distance between centers of fastenings (16) of brace section (5) on pipes (13); bg is gasket thickness, mm.

EFFECT: simplified design of the trussed girder as well as reduced prime cost of the sprinkling machine and reduced area of the ground alienated under the track due to increased spans length and reduced number of self-propelled carts.
