SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials and can be used to produce concrete wall facing stones that exhibit the ability to self-clean under the action of ultraviolet radiation. Concrete mixture for the manufacture of self-cleaning concrete wall facing stone includes a composite photocatalytic component, binder, fine aggregate - quartz sand, plasticizer, water. It contains anatase-silica material based on diatomite as a composite photocatalytic component, white Portland cement as a binder, Melflux 5581F hyperplasticizer as a plasticizer, in the following ratio, wt.%: composite photocatalytic component 1.4-2.3; white portland cement 12-15; quartz sand 75-82; Melflux 5581F 0.2-0.3; water the rest. Also described is a self-cleaning concrete wall facing stone obtained from the above concrete mixture.
EFFECT: reducing binder consumption, increasing the uniformity of the distribution of the photocatalyst and improving its fixation in the product, increasing the decorative characteristics of the front layer, increasing the durability of the self-cleaning ability and frost resistance of products.
