FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building materials and can be used in the manufacture of concrete products in civil engineering and construction of road and sidewalk surfaces. The concrete mixture contains, wt.%: Portland cement type CEM I 42.5N 22.0-22.4, quartz sand 67.4-68.5, photocatalytic additive 0.11-0.45, plasticizer 0.01-0.03, the rest is water. Wherein the photocatalytic additive is a waste of the technological scheme for obtaining an alkaline titanosilicate sorbent and contains, wt.%: 21.1-25.7 SiO2, 36.4-39.8 TiO2, 9.4-12.4 Na2O, 4.1-6.0 K2O, has a specific surface area of 50.2-143 m2/g and is introduced into the composition of the mixture in the form of a suspension, which is subjected to ultrasonic treatment together with a plasticizer in an installation with an operating frequency of 20-22 kHz and a power of not more than 0.2 kW; the plasticizer is sodium hexametaphosphate.
EFFECT: increasing strength, acquiring a self-cleaning surface of concrete, not only when irradiated with ultraviolet light, but also visible and improving the performance of concrete.
