SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to RNAi agent containing the first thread and the second thread, where the first thread and the second thread form a duplex, the first thread contains a guiding area, and the second thread contains an area, which is not guiding, as well as to an expression structure containing it, a vector, a cell, and a particle. A kit and a composition containing the above-mentioned agent are also disclosed.
EFFECT: invention is effective for the treatment of Huntington’s disease in a mammal.
