FIELD: water supply; sewerage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device of internal water supply and internal sewerage of a multistory building. A system of internal water supply and internal sewerage of a multistory building consists of pipelines providing hot and cold fresh water to a kitchen sink, a bath sink, a bathtub, a washing machine, a toilet bowl of a separate apartment of the building, as well as a system of sewerage pipelines providing collection and disposal of used hot and cold fresh water from places of use, sanitary appliances of the separate apartment of the building – the kitchen sink, the bath sink, the bathtub, the washing machine, the toilet bowl to a centralized sewerage system of the building. The sewerage pipeline from sanitary appliances of the separate apartment of the building – a kitchen sink, a bath sink, a bathtub, a washing machine provides collection of primary used water into a collection, sludge and water purification tank connected by the pipeline to a storage water-pressure tank through a valve with control elements, through main and backup pumps, a check valve, and a disinfection device. A drainage sewer pipeline and a sewage pipeline for removing sediment from the collection and sludge tank, equipped with an electric and manually controlled valve, connect the collection, sludge and water purification tank to the sewage pipeline for centralized disposal of primary used water of the building. The water supply pipeline of the sanitary appliance – the toilet bowl is connected to the storage water-pressure tank of primary used water, as well as the sanitary appliance – the toilet bowl is connected by a sewerage pipe to the sewerage pipeline for centralized disposal of used water of the building. The cold water supply pipeline of the building is connected by a pipeline to the storage water-pressure tank through the electrically and manually controlled valve, as well as the check valve. The operation of the water supply and sewerage system of the building is controlled and managed by an automation unit connected by electrical connections to main and backup pumps, to valves with electric control, to a water level sensor installed in the collection, sludge and water purification tank, to a water level sensor, and an overpressure sensor in the storage water-pressure tank.
EFFECT: provision of reduction in the amount of cold fresh water consumption, provision of a more rational use of hot fresh water, as well as provision of the efficient operation of internal water supply and sewerage systems of a multistory building, allowing for reduction in the amount of water to be diverted from the building to a centralized sewerage system.
