Only after construction of parts of habitable room located outside on its outer side for possible replacement is box unit which contains all dwelling infrastructure. Box unit is connected with pipelines required for the building for supply of water and discharge of sewage and with power supplying wires. Box unit or box units are delivered functionally ready for regular service and fully furnished with system required for all dwelling infrastructure. Only after construction of parts of habitable room, box unit or units are installed from outside on their outer side for replacement and supply and discharge facilities are connected.
