FIELD: electric vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the provision of electric power to an electric vehicle. The device for moving an electric vehicle contains a power source, current-transmitting elements located on the roadway, and current collectors installed on the electric vehicle. In this case, the current-transmitting elements are made in the form of conductive strips mounted on the surface of the roadway and contact springs mounted with a gap from the current-transmitting elements in the grooves. In this case, the contact springs are made with the possibility of elastic reciprocating motion in the grooves and are made of a ferromagnetic conductive material. The current collectors are mounted under the bottom of the wheeled electric vehicle, while one of the current collectors is made magnetic with the possibility of attracting current-transmitting contact springs to itself by a magnet, and the other of the current collectors is made in the form of a spring-loaded contact washer, made with the possibility of electrical contact with the current-transmitting strip of the roadway.
EFFECT: ensuring uninterrupted power supply of the electric vehicle.
