FIELD: gas purification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the purification of gases from dust and microorganisms. The device includes a cylindrical body with a swirler, gas inlet and outlet pipes, a pipe for dust concentrate outlet, corona and precipitation electrodes, and a hopper. The housing is made vertical with a lower conical part, the swirler is made in the form of an even number of electrically conductive blades-plates installed inside the housing in its upper part parallel to the axis and oriented in spiral directions. The blades-plates are precipitation electrodes, and the corona surfaces are their sharpened ribs facing the central axis of the spiral: the axis of the housing. The inlet pipes are placed between the blades-plates and embedded tangentially into the housing, the electrodes are connected to the poles of the power supply source in pairs in parallel. Coaxially with the housing in its conical part there is an outlet pipe for dust, coupled with a hopper. An outlet pipe for purified air is made in the upper part of the housing. The outlet pipe is lowered into the housing to the level of the interface of the conical part of the housing with the cylindrical one. The hopper is hermetically sealed in its lower part and is equipped with a fitting for connection to the hydraulic system for flushing dust into the sewer. The dust flushing system has a second pipe connected to the hopper cavity to ensure the circulation of the disinfectant solution.
EFFECT: design and technological scheme are simplified, reliability is increased.
