FIELD: assembly operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to control the alignment of cylindrical and conical holes in cramped conditions when performing assembly operations. The hole alignment control device consists of a mechanical block 1, an electrical block 7 and a linear displacement indicator 6. The mechanical block 1 contains a housing 21, to which a bar 4 is welded with a block 5 holding the linear displacement indicator 6. A contact bushing 22 is installed inside the housing 21, in contact with the key 19 mounted on the body 21. Inside the contact sleeve 22, a core 20 is fixed, holding four brackets 23. Outside the contact sleeve 22, a pusher 15 is screwed into the core 20. The leash 2, screwed into the contact sleeve 22, interacts with the contact rod 3 of the linear indicator movements 6. The electrical block 7 is attached to the mechanical block 1 with the help of a union nut 14, which attracts the branch pipe 12 to the pusher 15. The branch pipe 12, being part of the bracket 10, holds the battery compartment 8 with the nut 9, on the end of which LED indicators 36 and the switch are installed 37.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of monitoring the alignment of two holes.
