SUBSTANCE: continuous two-sided connection between a bridge and a server is established; an object of interaction is identified using a mobile device, and a tag of the object of interaction is read using a device for reading this type of tags, contained in the mobile device, the presence of a key to the read tag is checked, and a decision is made, using a decision-making module contained in the mobile device, on sending or non-sending of a command to a server for activation of the object of interaction; activation of the object of interaction is initiated: a command for activation of the object of interaction is sent to the server by the mobile device; a command for activation of the object of interaction is sent to the bridge by the server; a command for activation of the object of interaction is sent to the object of interaction by the bridge, and the object is activated.

EFFECT: increase in the performance and reduction in a server load, when making a decision on activation of an object of interaction in a system for access control and management.
