FIELD: measuring technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technology, in particular to analog-to-digital converters (ADC), and can be used in digital sensors and sensor systems for measuring the temperature and voltage of analog signals. A digital temperature sensor based on a microcontroller RC-ADC contains a microcontroller 1, a reference voltage source (RVS) 2, a resistor 3, a capacitor 4, a current source 5 and a semiconductor diode 6. Resistor 3 and capacitor 4 are connected by their first pins to the first input of an analog comparator (AC) built into the microcontroller 1. The output of the RVS is connected to the second output of the resistor 3. The output of the current source 5 and the anode of the diode 6 are connected to the second input of the analog multiplexer (AM) built into the microcontroller 1. The first output of the analog signal source (ASS) is connected to the first AM input. The second output of the capacitor 4, the second output of the ASS and the cathode of the diode 6 are connected to a common power bus.
