FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the construction of impervious or enclosing structures in the ground, for the construction of structures for various purposes in weak water-saturated soils, for example, tunnels, highways and railways, underground dams. Method for erecting a wall in soil includes excavation of a trench under the protection of a thixotropic mortar, installation of a building element, use of opposite-pole electrodes with the passage of electric current through them, supplied from a current source with negative and positive leads, and filling the trench with concrete. The inner surface of the trench, wetted with a thixotropic solution, is subjected to electrophoresis for 10-15 minutes at a current strength of 300-320 A and a voltage of 30-60 V, while to create it, a composite reinforcing cage is installed as a building element, next to which along the longitudinal axis of the trench, an electrode with a negative pole in the form of a reinforcing bar is placed, and electrodes with a positive pole, also in the form of reinforcing bars, are installed in the soil on both sides of the trench, symmetrically and at a distance of 0.6-1.5 m from its edge. To maintain the mobility of the thixotropic solution, an ultrasonic generator is used, which is located in the middle part of the trench. After electrophoresis, the electrodes and the ultrasonic generator are disconnected from the current source and removed from the soil and the trench, which is filled with concrete based on fine-grained filler.
EFFECT: ensuring the development of a method for erecting a wall in the ground with improved performance characteristics, ensured by the stable state of the trench walls during their construction and their low water permeability, which significantly reduces contact with possibly aggressive underground water, which is achieved by soil clogging along the trench walls and a crust from the dispersed phase of a thixotropic solution, according to wetted trench perimeter.
