SUBSTANCE: used for arrangement of anticorrosion cathode protection are anode grounding member, comparison electrode and auxiliary electrodes which are deepened in each near at least part of metal or metal-containing objects of protection. At least one converting substation is installed in appropriate location and it should be protected from weather precipitation and direct sun rays by housing. Laid between substation and protected object are electric power and measuring lines. Electrical equipment of substation generates protective potentials. Direct current power unit delivers potential difference between protected object and anode grounding member. Control system with functional units is provided with switch dealing with at least three modes of protection. Control and protection unit and at least one of control system units are located on one common board, and all other units and elements of protective potential generator of converging substation are installed on other board.
