FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to buildings made of industrial panel elements. The building of panel elements includes load-bearing longitudinal and transverse wall panels made in the form of panels-frames connected to each other in height at least in two places. The crossbar of panels-frames has reinforcing outlets. Floor panels have a multi-connected cross-section with voids, at the ends of the upper shelf of which there are cutouts for dowels. Platform joints of wall panels and floor panels are monolithic together with the reinforcing bars on the surface of the crossbars. The external self-supporting walls of the building are layered. Panel-frame is made in the form of an inverted U-shaped element. In racks of panel-frames and supporting parts of crossbars there are reinforcing outlets connected to reinforcing outlets from racks of the overlying frame-panel and with reinforcement outlets protruding from the supporting part of the crossbar. Racks of panel-frames are interconnected in height by vertical ties, and vertical reinforcing cages are installed in the seams between the floor panels, a quarter of the span of the slab on each side, which intersect the monolithic part of the crossbar.

EFFECT: creation of a safe structural system of buildings with increased bearing capacity, spatial rigidity and survivability, perceiving changes in power flows during sudden beyond-design impacts.
