FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to prefabricated monolithic reinforced concrete buildings. The building has a mixed structural system consisting of panel-frame elements and volumetric glass-type blocks. External self-supporting walls on each floor rest on the lower or upper slab of the volumetric block, made with thermal connectors along the outer edge of the slab, or on a load-bearing crossbar with thermal connectors in the form of holes. The floor panels are made multi-hollow, and rest on a recess in the rack of the underlying volumetric block, and are connected by an embedded part to the wall of the overlying block. The frame panels are connected using embedded parts with volumetric blocks to each other in at least two places along the floor height, and are monolithic together with the upper monolithic part of the crossbar. The technical result to which the invention is aimed is to create a building from panel-block elements, including load-bearing panels of the building, made in the form of reinforced concrete frame panels, the crossbar of which has reinforcing outlets, the external self-supporting walls of the building are made of layers and supported on a load-bearing rectilinear or curved in plan, a crossbar with thermal connectors in the form of holes in the cantilever flange of the crossbar, hollow-core floor panels have cutouts for installing dowels, while hollow-core floor panels are placed in plan above adjacent overlapped rooms in mutually perpendicular directions, platform joints of wall panels and hollow-core floor panels are monolithic together with reinforcement outlets located on the upper surface of the crossbars of wall panels-frames. The building has a mixed structural system, consisting of a combination of panel-frame elements and volumetric glass-type blocks, external self-supporting walls on each floor rest on the lower or upper slab of a glass-type volumetric block, made with thermal connectors along the outer edge of the slab, or on a crossbar with thermal connectors, hollow-core floor panels rest on a special recess in the rack of the underlying glass-type volumetric block and are connected by an embedded part to the wall of the overlying block; frame panels are connected with the help of embedded parts with glass-type volumetric blocks to each other in at least two places along the floor height, and are monolithic together with the upper monolithic part of the crossbar with thermal connectors.
EFFECT: ensuring the stability of the frame and improving the thermal insulation properties of the building.
