SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for unwinding roll material, namely unwinding and pulling various tape materials in discrete mode in filling and packaging equipment. The device comprises a roll installation unit 1, rollers 4 along which material 3 is pulled, one of which is movable, tension 5 is made movable, a clamp unit 6 and tape processing 3, a unit 7 for capturing and pulling the tape material. To tension the tape when unwinding the roll, the device is equipped with a lever 9 carrying a tension roller 5, a rotary faceplate 10 rigidly connected to the lever 9, cams 11 mounted on the faceplate 10, and a shoe brake, the brake drum 12 of which is rigidly connected and coaxial with the roll 2, and the pads are mounted on rotary levers that interact with the cams and are tightened by a spring that provides the braking torque.

EFFECT: device provides the possibility of unwinding and pulling materials of various thicknesses in a discrete mode.
