FIELD: packaging.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and apparatuses for packaging products or materials, namely for unreeling and drawing of various tape materials in a discrete mode, in particular, of packaging materials in filling and packaging equipment. The method for unreeling and drawing the tape of the packaging material consists in the fact that in order to tighten the tape and ensure a constant inertial load on the gripping and drawing assembly of the packaging material, a forced impact is put on the tightening roller, thereby ensuring further run of the tape from the roll, release of the tightening roller, and tightening of the tape released from the roll due to the own gravitational force of the tightening roller.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of operation of the packaging material forming line.
