The method of using the above gown is that the surgeon puts on the above gown; during the stages of the operation that do not require active manual work, the surgeon puts his hands in the chest and / or shoulder loops and relaxes them; during the stages of the operation requiring the use of microsurgical techniques, the surgeon puts his hands into the chest loops, takes microinstruments in them and works using his hands.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to reduce the load on the hands of the surgeon at different positions of the body at rest, as well as to stabilize the movements of the hands during operation
