SUBSTANCE: invention consists in the combination of durable minimum intensity isometric exercises and passive cervical and cervicothoracic muscle stretch by means of doctor's hands, forearms, armpits and the patient's upper limb girdle in the form of seven sequential complexes of techniques disclosed in the patent claim. The developed techniques imply active resistance to overcoming doctor's manipulations for 20-30 sec.
EFFECT: method enables the painless elimination of a pathological condition, functional blocks in the groups of cramped cervical, cervicothoracic and cervicocephalic muscles moving in three planes with recovering the physiological range of motions in joints.
