FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining drone milk from drone larvae is implemented as follows. Collect 9-10-day old drone larvae, store them until use and homogenize. Add distilled water, heated to a temperature of 34-35°C, to the homogenate in the amount of 9.5-10.5 wt.%. Stir with a magnetic stirrer until complete mixing within 5-10 minutes. The finished mixture is filtered through a drainage lavsan bag with a density of at least 125 g/m2. The liquid part is poured into a glass flask and heated in a water bath up to a temperature of 75-80°C.
EFFECT: providing for the production of drone milk with high nutritional and biological value, namely with improved protein and mineral composition, and the exclusion of allergic reactions.
