SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The invention is a method for obtaining a lyophilized agent from the pupae of drone larvae, including growing the pupae of drones in a bee colony using frames with drone wax, extracting the pupae from the colony at 12-20 days of age by cutting the caps from the combs and pulling them out with a vacuum device, freezing at temperatures up to -18°C, followed by defrosting and homogenization in a colloid mill or ultrasonic treatment, at 400 W, current 0.7 A, frequency 35 kHz with an exposure of 5 minutes and the addition of a lyophilization medium, then, before lyophilization, the composition is poured into plastic bags with a volume of 20 liters, 1 liter each and subjected to lyophilization: freezing to a temperature of -45°C for 10 hours, sublimation in a vacuum with heating up to +20°C for 6 hours and drying for 20 hours at a temperature of 26°C, at the following ratio of initial components, wt.%: homogenate of drone pupae - 50, sucrose - 4, gelatin - 1, distilled water - the rest.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide the body of animals and birds with essential and non-essential amino acids, to increase the live weight and biological value of poultry meat.
