FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: methods for heat treatment of powdered hard magnetic alloys of the iron-chromium-cobalt system. The invention can be used for production of permanent magnets. Powdered hard magnetic alloy Fe-30Cr-16Co-0.5Sm is subjected to homogenization at 1300°C for 1 hour and hardening from 1300°C. Then ITMT is carried out at 656°C for 23 min, followed by two-stage tempering by cooling from 656°C to 580°C with speed v1 = 13.6°C/hour and subsequent cooling from 580° to 500° at v2 = 4.8°C/hour.
EFFECT: increase of magnetic hysteresis properties.
