FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of hard magnetic powder alloy with anisotropic structure. It can be used in instrument making, particularly, in production of hard magnetic parts of electric motors. Powder hard magnetic alloy based on Fe-Cr-Co system, containing, wt.%: chrome 20-25, cobalt 14-16, molybdenum 3-4, silicon 0.5-1.5, alloy “КС25ДЦ” 1.4-4.5, iron and unavoidable impurities – the rest. Mixture is prepared by mechanical mixing of powders of chromium, cobalt, molybdenum, ferrosilicon, alloy “КС25ДЦ” and iron for 8-10 hours; pressing and sintering are carried out in two stages. Preliminary pressing is carried out with pressure from 26 to 32 tons/cm2, preliminary sintering is carried out in vacuum with residual pressure not higher than 10-2 Pa at temperature from 820 to 860 °C for 2-4 hours. Final pressing is carried out with pressure from 33 to 38 tons/cm2, final sintering is carried out in vacuum at temperatures from 1350-1360 °C for 2-4 hours. Homogenizing annealing at temperature of 1200-1300 °C, with exposure 15-20. Quenching is carried out at temperature of 1300-1350 °C with holding for 1-1.5 hours and subsequent cooling in water. Multistage aging is carried out in the temperature range from 670 °C to 525 °C with pitch of 25-30 °C and holding for 20-30 minutes at each stage with application of external magnetic field with intensity of 150-200 kA/m.
EFFECT: improved magnetic and strength characteristics of the alloy.
