FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: to measure semi-fixed power consumption (SFPC) and fixed power consumption (FPC), sensors are installed on the measuring pulse outputs of the meters, with the help of which the amount of active electricity is recorded in a pulsed form for a certain required period of time (cycle). Each pulse sensor is connected to a time synchronization unit designed to synchronize all electrical energy measurements. The outputs of pulse sensors are connected in series to the input of the adder, designed to sum up all the data on the power consumption of production. The output of the adder is connected to the first input of the multi-pass indicating and recording device. The output of the recording device is connected to the negative input of the comparison unit, designed to determine the presence or absence of production. A mode setting block is connected to the positive input of the comparison block, designed to set conditionally fixed consumption. The output of the comparison unit is connected to a comparator designed to determine the current production mode. The comparator output is connected to the logic block.
EFFECT: possibility to measure and account for SFPC and FPC in real time.
