FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to electric measuring equipment, and can be used for measurement of conditionally fixed and conditionally variable power consumption. In the proposed method of measuring and accounting for electric power consumption at production, the observation cycle is divided into mini cycles, at the first stage of the minicycle performing measurement of conditionally constant costs at the moment of idle production equipment and fixing their value in the electric power accounting system, at the second stage of the minicycle following immediately after the first one, total consumption is measured during the product production period and their value is recorded in the electric power metering system, then conditionally variable costs for the second stage of the minicycle are determined by the expression: Ev2=Eo2-Ec1/Cm1*Cm2, where Ev2 – conditionally variable expenses electric power for the second stage of the mini-cycle, kW*h; Eo2 – common expenses electric power for the second stage of the mini-cycle, kW*h; Ec1 – conditionally constant expenses, measured at the first stage of minycycle, kW*h; Cm1 – duration of minicycle first stage, Cm2 – duration of minicycle second stage, h; and the obtained information at each measurement step is transmitted to a recording and indicating device for visual tracking. In order to implement the method, the device for measuring and recording electric power consumption includes two memory cells, one of which is intended for storing information on conditionally constant power consumption, and the other one – by total electric power consumption during production period, computer, which is intended for calculation of conditional variable costs for the second stage of mini-cycle. Calculator calculates conditionally variable power consumption by expression Ev2=Eo2-Ec1/Cm1*Cm2, using standard mathematical or imitation programs.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of electric energy consumption calculation due to account of conditionally constant and conditionally variable costs for various predetermined observation cycles for increase of energy efficiency of production and solving tasks of energy saving at the enterprise.
