FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device for introducing liquid mineral fertilizers into the soil contains a chamber with a centrifugal nozzle for spraying the preparation. The chamber is located between the upper and lower modules, interconnected by a distribution plate. The upper module includes a cylinder through which a high-speed air flow enters to supply it to the intake fittings installed in its lower base along its circumference in an amount equal to the number of working bodies for applying liquid forms of mineral fertilizers to the soil. The intake fittings of the upper module have chamfers made at an angle of 45°, and installed with a part, horizontally cut at an angle of 45° on the lower base of the cylinder around the circumference. The outlet fittings of the lower module, located on the corresponding axes of the receiving fittings, are installed in the holes of the raised edge of the distribution plate at an angle of 45°. On a raised at 45° edge of the distribution plate with a generatrix equal to the outer diameter of the outlet fittings, a flare is installed at an angle of 90° towards the receiving fittings, the inner diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the ends of the receiving fittings installed around the circumference. The installation height of the flat outlet discharge jet of a centrifugal nozzle relative to the horizontal base of the inlet fittings is calculated by the formula where b is the distance from the centre of the nozzle to the edge of the inner side of the receiving fittings;α - the root angle of the spray jet, the distance h between the bottom of the distribution plate to the base of the inlet fittings is at least 30 mm, and the inner diameter of the inlet fittings D1 is less than the inner diameter of the outlet fittings D2 and is determined from the condition D1 =0.8 D2.
EFFECT: division of the liquid flow into equal parts according to the flow rate, stable transportation of the gas-air mixture to the working bodies for applying liquid forms of mineral fertilizers to the soil, simplification of the design and reduction of energy costs.
