FIELD: biological preparations treatment.

SUBSTANCE: fertilizer mixing plant with treatment with biological preparations contains a supporting frame with a vertical cylindrical body mounted on it, loading nozzles, a shaft with a cone-shaped rotor mounted on it. On the upper part of the frame, hoppers for bulk materials are installed through strain gauges, having unloading windows connected to the loading nozzles and equipped with dosing gates connected to the actuators. The vertical cylindrical body is structurally divided into a mixing chamber, processing with biological preparations and an unloading chamber. The rotor is placed in the mixing chamber. The chamber for mixing and treatment with biological preparations is separated from each other by a partition made in the form of a collecting funnel. The biological treatment chamber is equipped with misting nozzles connected through a flexible pipeline to a pressure regulator and a feed pump. A paddle mixer mounted on the same shaft with the rotor is installed at the bottom of the biopreparation processing chamber. The unloading chamber is connected through the body of the screw conveyor and the corrugated air duct with a heat gun. The unit is equipped with a portable computer with a software package installed on it.
