DEVICE FOR COMPENSATION OF PARALLEL VOLTAGE DIP AND INTERRUPTIONS Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC H02J3/12

Abstract RU 2791049 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering to compensate for voltage dips and interruptions in switchgear with two or more bus sections. The device contains an energy storage device, bidirectional converters and two load break switches, as well as a control system and a battery management system. Two groups of single-phase transformers are introduced, each group consists of three single-phase transformers. The high voltage windings of the transformers of each group are connected in parallel to two sections of the switchgear busbars, respectively, through load breakers, and the low voltage windings of single-phase transformers of each group are connected to a group of three bidirectional converters interconnected by a common DC busbar and power storage. Bidirectional converters are configured to receive commands from the control system to provide switching between operating modes and with the possibility of phase-by-phase regulation of the output and/or consumed power, and the control system is connected to the energy storage device through the battery management system.

EFFECT: increasing the operational reliability of the device, increasing the efficiency of its work.
