FIELD: gas purification.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and installation for separating the flow of a gas mixture using adsorption at a variable temperature. The invention relates to a corresponding method and installation that contains a number of adsorption modules (A1, A2, A3), which, respectively, operate in the first mode of operation and the second mode of operation. The first mode of operation includes directing the flow (G) of the gas mixture at least partially through the adsorption chamber of the corresponding adsorption module (A1, A2, A3) and carrying out the adsorption exchange of materials with at least one adsorbent in the adsorption chamber of the module in this flow. The second mode of operation includes the direction of the first flow (W1) of the heat-bearing fluid at the first temperature level through the heat exchange structure of the corresponding adsorption module (A1, A2, A3) and heat transfer from the first flow (W1) of the heat-bearing fluid indirectly to at least one adsorbent in the adsorption chamber of the module. It is assumed that the first mode of operation includes the direction of the second flow (W2) of the heat-bearing fluid at the second temperature through the heat exchange structure of the corresponding adsorption module (A1, A2, A3) and the transfer of heat from at least one adsorbent in the adsorption chamber indirectly to the second flow (W2) of the heat-bearing fluid, and the adsorption modules (A1, A2, A3) function, respectively, in the third mode of operation, which includes the direction of the third flow (W3) of the heat-bearing fluid at the third temperature through the heat exchange structure of the corresponding adsorption module (A1, A2, A3) and the transfer of heat from at least one adsorbent in the adsorption chamber to the third flow (W3) of the heat-bearing fluid.
