SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to eliminate postural dysfunctions. A method for diagnosing and correcting postural soft tissue imbalance consists in determining the stiffness of the soft tissues of a patient's body part in a computerized system. In this case, the displacement and force sensor, which presents an elastic beam, is fixed at one base on the bed where the patient is sitting, and with the second base, through an elastic tourniquet, is attached to the patient's body part. The stretching of the elastic band is pre-calibrated using the stated sensor, which is designed to be connected to a computer. A force is applied to the patient's body part on which the sensor is fixed. Therapeutic actions are implemented towards the body part while controlling the changes in the stiffness of soft tissues displayed on a computer monitor in real time. Therapeutic effects are reduced to changing the loads towards the body part, which can be performed in the form of push pulses, pressure effects, extension effects, with the combination of torques.
EFFECT: doctor's hands are freed for therapeutic manipulations on the patient's soft tissues during the diagnosis and correction of postural soft tissue imbalance.
