FIELD: spacer frame, double-glazed window and its application.
SUBSTANCE: spacer frame for double-glazed windows contains a polymeric hollow section extending in the longitudinal direction (X) and having a first side wall and a second side wall located parallel to it, a wall of the inner glazing space, which connects the side walls to each other. The spacer frame comprises an outer wall extending substantially parallel to the wall of the inner glazing space and connecting the side walls to each other. The spacer frame has a cavity surrounded by side walls, a wall of the inner space of the glazing and an outer wall; waterproofing on the first side wall, the outer wall and the second side wall of the polymeric hollow section. Waterproofing includes at least the following: a multilayer system with a blocking function, containing at least one polymeric layer and one inorganic blocking layer; metal or ceramic outer adhesive layer. The thickness of the adhesive layer is at least 5 nm. The adhesive layer is interrupted in the transverse direction (Y) by uncoated areas.
EFFECT: provides the improvement of service life of double-glazed windows.
