FIELD: production of carbon materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a porous carbon material and to the creation of porous carbon materials that can be used as catalysts or catalyst carriers. The method for producing a porous carbon material includes the preparation of a photopolymerizable composition consisting of two monomers 2-phenoxyethyl acrylate and trimethylolpropane triacrylate, taken in a 1:1 ratio, photoinitiators and a filler, which is used as an organometallic coordination polymer ZIF-8 or organometallic coordination polymers Ni-BTC and ZIF-8; subsequent 3D printing, during which the polymerization of the specified photopolymerizable composition occurs simultaneously with the formation of a metal-containing polymer composite and the formation of an object of a given shape from it; and heat treatment of the molded polymer composite in a reducing environment at a temperature of 900-1000°C. The porous carbon material obtained in this way has a surface area of 500-1300 m2/g and a pore volume of 0.170-0.450 cm3/g.
EFFECT: new porous carbon material capable of maintaining a given shape after pyrolysis, and a simple method for its production.
