FIELD: radio navigation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio navigation, in particular, to the satellite navigation systems navigation radio signals spectrum expanding methods and may be used to create and improve a GLONASS system navigation equipment. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the method is implemented the possibility of forming signals with a meander subcarrier modulation at pseudo-random operating frequencies and pseudo-random coefficient values m, n assignment law, which provides for improving the navigation signal reception quality on the background of interference of natural and artificial origin by forming signals in a wide band rationally placing the main maxima of the bandwidth signals spectrum within the GLONASS main signals selected frequency range.
