Invention relates to pharmaceutics, namely to a method for producing a diuretic and natriuretic agent in the form of sachet granules by wet granulation. A method of obtaining an agent with diuretic and natriuretic activity in the form of sachet granules by wet granulation, for which 94.5 g of sorbitol are crushed, then 0.5 g of ascorbic acid, 5.0 g of dry strawberry leaf extract are added, thoroughly mixed, dry mixture is moisten with 3 ml of ethyl alcohol 70%, adding it in small portions with constant stirring, the wet mass is wiped in a granulator, the granulate is dried at a temperature of 20–25°C to a residual moisture content of 2±0.5%.

EFFECT: obtaining a new agent with diuretic and natriuretic activity, having the required technological parameters.
