SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for air cooling units (ACU) used in the chemical, metallurgical, oil, gas and energy industries. In the system for washing the finned surface of heat exchange tubes of air cooling units, consisting of a mobile pumping station on which a drum for winding the main high-pressure hose, a movable chassis with a washing mobile carriage, on which two collectors with flat-jet nozzles for spraying water under high pressure, two guides for roller carts of the movable chassis, chassis movement drive, main high-pressure hose movement mechanism, and control panel are installed. The mobile pumping station is mounted on swivel wheels equipped with brakes, with the ability to move and lock to a convenient place for work, while the drum for winding the main high-pressure hose is located directly on the heavy-duty trolley of the mobile pumping station with the ability to supply water to the high-pressure hose through the axis of rotation drum. There is also a high-pressure pump, a two-stage water filtration system, guides with C-shaped and U-shaped profiles, the main hose for high pressure water supply to the spray nozzles.

EFFECT: advantages of the system are the simplification and reduction in the cost of the design, increase in reliability of the system, cleaning of the finned surface of the heat exchange sections of the ACU in the explosive zone.
