The device for loading and unloading cargo on vehicles contains two internal cylinders, two external cylinders with hinges, clamps, supports and flooring. The inner cylinders have holes and are made with the possibility of mounting with hooks on the open side of the vehicle body. The outer cylinders also have holes and are designed to be attached to the inner cylinders. The clamps are inserted through the combined holes of the cylinders. Supports with holes on the other side, through which chains pass, are attached to the loops of the external cylinders. The chains connect the upper parts of the two inner cylinders with hooks and supports with clamps. The flooring is placed on the supports.

EFFECT: reduction of labor costs of personnel during loading and unloading of a cargo vehicle is achieved, ensuring the mobility of the device, the possibility of its transportation together with a cargo vehicle, ease of manufacture, reducing the complexity of manually performed loading and unloading operations.
