SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport machinery for loading and unloading wheeled and tracked vehicles onto and from open railway rolling stock. Portable collapsible ramp (2, 3) consists of exit and entry purlins (6), cross beams, front supports, middle supports, connecting links, and connecting pipes. A universal ramp purlin made of decommissioned used rail tank car frames is applied as exit and entry purlins (6). A transverse flooring bar (7) with a joining ramp bolt is used as a transverse beam, connecting links, and connecting pipes; ramp purlin props made of decommissioned used wooden sleepers are used as middle supports; the universal ramp purlin being supported by the railway platform is used as front supports.

EFFECT: structural simplification, reduced labour and material costs, and reduction in the time for the erection of the ramp using decommissioned used elements of the railway infrastructure.
