SUBSTANCE: invention in particular relates to agricultural chemistry. The agrochemical oil dispersion contains: a) a lipophilic phase, in an amount of 30 to 70% by mass, where the lipophilic phase is liquid triglycerides; b) at least one thickener in an amount of from 0.1 to 5 wt.%, while the specified thickener is an N-acylamino acid alkylamide having the formula I

where: R₁ is a straight or branched alkyl or alkenyl chain of 1 to 30 carbon atoms, each of R₂ and R₃ is independently a straight or branched alkyl or alkenyl chain of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, n is 1 or 2; c) a non-ionic surfactant in an amount of 10 to 25% by weight, where the specified surfactant is a polyethoxylated hydroxy fatty acid triglyceride or its fatty ester; d) at least one agrochemical active ingredient in an amount of from 4 to 50% by weight, which is dispersed in the specified lipophilic phase, where the agrochemical ingredient is N-sulfonylurea or triketone. The agrochemical oil dispersion is used in plant treatment compositions.

EFFECT: high stability without phase separation during storage and use, promoting the biological activity of plants.
