FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: composition based on an emulsion of oil-in-water has the oil and the aqueous phase. The oil phase comprises: a polymeric modifier compatible with the oil phase; selected from the group consisting of ethyl cellulose, polyacrylate, latex, polycarbonate, homopolymers and copolymers of polyvinyl acetate, polyolefin, polyurethane, polyisobutylene, polybutene, vinyl polymers, polyester, polyester and polyacrylonitrile; and at least one agronomically active compound; at least one nonionic lipophilic surface-active agent having a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of from 2 to 5; at least one nonionic hydrophilic surface-active agent having a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of from 8 to 12; at least one ionic surface-active agent. The composition is applied to the affected area.
EFFECT: control, prevention or elimination of unwanted living organisms.
