FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic electromagnetic valve (1) of a device of a technological installation, such as a power plant, a chemical plant, a food processing plant, contains: electromagnetic actuator (3) with coil (31), in which current flows, and magnet armature (33) movable relatively to coil (31), at least one air chamber (5), into which three air channels (11, 21, 51) exit, wherein these three air channels include first air channel (11), second air channel (21), and control air channel (51); at least one spool (53), which, in the first closed position, closes first air channel (11) and releases second air channel (21), and which, in the second closed position, closes second air channel (21) and releases first air channel (11). The valve has at least one actuator, in particular actuating rod (7) or shaft, which is movable in the first direction (S1) of action and in the second direction (S2) of action opposite to the first direction (S1) of action, and which connects spool (53) to magnet anchor (33) in accordance with force transfer. In this case, at least one means of pre-tensioning the actuator, such as spring (71), is located between the actuator and magnet anchor (33) to provide a pre-tensioning force (V) acting on the actuator in the direction (M) of joint movement in accordance with the first or the second directions (S1, S2) of action. At least one means of return pre-tension, such as return spring (73), is provided, in particular, between the actuator and electromagnetic actuator (3), preferably core (35) stationary relatively to coil (31), to provide a return force (R) on the actuator opposite to the direction of the joint movement. At the same time, the electromagnetic valve has analog and/or digital diagnostic electronics, which, preferably during the activation of coil (31) to actuate magnet anchor (33), determines current in coil (31) so that, in particular, based on at least one first local current minimum or at least two local current minima, preferably taking into account the time difference between the first local current minimum and the control moment, for example, the second local current minimum, to provide a diagnostic result.
EFFECT: obtainment of a pneumatic electromagnetic valve.
